The guy running the machine for my trailer washout was a solid guy. Friendly to talk to and went above and beyond. I asked him for a little help cutting a couple pieces of wood I had- and he went out of his way to help me out. I would come back for a washout and their little machine if I’m in the area. I entered the parking lot by the McDonald’s.

Called them for a wiring issue on my gooseneck trailer. They got me in & out in less than 2 hours. Very professional from the person that answered the phone, the guy that greeted me when I arrived & the mechanic that fixed my wiring issue. All other shops were days & up to 2 weeks out before they could look at the trailer. I told them about this when I arrived and they explained that they purposely leave 1 bay open for one off day-to-day issues like mine. Brilliant customer service tactic!!! Can’t thank the crew at Best Truck & Trailer Repair enough. They got me back on the road & I didn’t miss my next scheduled pick up Terry B

01/10/2026 I scheduled a PM on my 2000 International 9400 with a series 60 Detroit. Best Truck & Trailer is a service and training repair center. Phil is the owner and is very service oriented as well as hands on. Very pleased with the service provided!

Very nice people. Hours and price have been consistent for a while 0800-1700 for washouts. Gates locked after hours. $60.31 They are making improvements to their place and procedures. If it's icy, pull around the wash and back on. You might not be able to do that either since it is so steep, but backing on is your best chance.
